Technical microfiber upper construction utilizing different thicknesses strategically positioned in different sections for light weight, durability and abrasion resistance. PU sections in critical areas for structural support of the shoe and additional abrasion resistance in key areas, with TPU applied in strategic zones for further structural support of the shoe. Alpinestars Rotor Closure System is integrated into the tongue section for a fast, micrometric optimized fit. Featuring a lightweight PU midsole for superior all-day underfoot cushioning and shock absorption. Lightweight, oil-resistant rubber compound sports sole with textured grip provides optimized grip and contact on the bike's footpegs. Replaceable anatomical 3D footbed with Lycra® lining on top for elevated comfort, on and off the bike. Rear soft collar section with 3D mesh lining for enhanced comfort, airflow and breathability. Anti-sliding micro suede on heel for additional comfort and seamless medial quarter construction for additional structural support. Double density TPU ankle protectors are applied between the upper and the padded lining on the medial and external side for the optimum blend of protective performance and flexibility. Gear shift zone features a highly abrasive-resistant TPU reinforcement layer for enhanced structural stability and abrasion resistance.
